Graduate of the Mechatronics Engineering Program will be able to participate actively in the design, selection, assessment, specification, rig-up, assembly, maintenance, operation, testing and commercialization of equipment and systems; in which the integration of Mechanics, Electronics and Computing is imperative. He / She will be able to carry out activities of consulting and intervention projects of instrumentation engineering, automation and systems control.

The graduate can also continue his postgraduate studies (Doctorate) in any national or foreign institution. Finally, he / she can also provide his / her services in teaching and research in institutions of middle and higher education.
